Herbs for Shadow Work

Utilizing the concept of the shadow self from Swiss Psychiatrist, Carl Jung, we will explore the work for healing and utilizing herbal medicine to help guide us through this process. 

If you are interested in personal growth and spiritual development and learning how the vibration of plants can assist this class may be for you.

You will receive and experience herbal samples for every plant covered in class to try and experiment with on your own time by way of herbal smokes, tea infusion, smudge etc.
