Space Rental

Rose Room (without a contract)... 

-$25 per hour* 2 hour minimum. no cleaning fee (that means you clean :), this is included in your time. It is an additional $1 for every minute after your stated time. Please adhere to your time.  Failure to not end promptly with an existing appointment after yours means you will not be able to schedule space at Casa Medicine for 1 year. 

Spirit Space, Garden or Yard Events: This listing is for 1 time ever, or 1 offering per month, (without a contract)...

No cleaning fee. You are responsible for set up and clean up. This is included in your time. 

-$35 per hour* 2 hour minimum 1-7 people
-$50 per hour minimum 2 hours, 8+,

If you have rented for the minimum amount of time (2 hours) there is an additional $20 for every 30 minutes if you go over your stated, agreed time. 

All monies are accepted by Applepay or Zelle only.

All events must be held within the open hours of Casa Medicina unless otherwise agreed upon by Merihelen. 

If Class is not filled to capacity 2 members of Casa Crew will have an option to participate or, participate and pay a fee for any supplies that are used in class.
