Plant Spirit Series: Cacao

This class will include a touch on the history of traditional Mayan practices as we dial into meeting and connecting with our sacred plant medicine. 

We will experience drinking cacao elixir under the new “flower” moon; dance a dance, and sing a song. 

Merihelen will demystify the process and empower you by sharing the way she prepares Cacao. By implementing her teachings, you can create this elixir at home for meditation and creativity. 

Bring a yoga mat, an open heart and an open mind.
