Community Day

Merihelen will be booking clients for 15 minute wellness sessions, June 30, 2024.

Appointments are limited and will remain the same time every LAST SUNDAY of the month for the months of May, June, July and August 2024. 

By purchasing a space you agree to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment in consideration of the next client, and so that you may have enough time for your full session.

Services to choose from are as follows:

Limpia

This will be a classic sweeping of the body with fresh herbs from Merihelen's home-grown garden, it will include an egg cleansing to remove negative, stagnant energy and blockages (interpretation of the egg is not included). Limpias also include a purification, smoke ritual with White Copal. She is happy to gift you the herbs used in your session for you to create a tea or a spiritual bath to continue the detoxification process at home.

Chakra Balancing

Chakra balancing with sound will include aromatherapy with an anointing of oil she has hand-crafted, crystal application will be applied to the body or auric field for activation and balance.  Buffalo drum will be played along with crystal bowls to create harmony and counter-balance stagnant energy.  This session will include light cranial Reiki. The remaining anointing oil is a gift for you to take home and apply as needed or desired to cleanse, clear and sanctify your chakras.  

Reiki

If you choose a mini Reiki session, it will include a charging and clearing of blockages throughout the chakras using Reiki energy. Merihelen will call forth your ancestors and spirit guides to be present to heal trauma from this life and previous lives for continuous support.  An application of flower essences will be utilized for emotional imbalances. She will create a Reiki charged flower essence especially for this session and it will be gifted to you for a reiki charge whenever you need or desire.
